SA Migration
International was created out of the need for a
specialist organization to assist people wishing to immigrate,
volunteer, work, bring family, study or open businesses in South
Africa.
South Africa’s tourist arrivals were sluggish for November 2018,
however India has started to make a comeback with a 25.6% increase.
The Department of Home Affairs has called for comments on the
White Paper on Home Affairs, which proposes changes to the
department`s operations, strategy and legislation.
The paper proposes solutions to the department`s `challenges`,
including long queues at its centres and staff shortages, as well
as changes to immigration policy. It also proposes the
establishment of a National Identity System (NIH) to replace the
National Population Registry.
Although you do not have to use a registered migration agent to lodge
your visa application, they might be able to help you if your case is
complex or you require immigration assistance.
South Africa seeks highly skilled individuals to live and work in SA.
SA Migration Services will professionally help to arrange Work Visas
for you if you qualify.
Work Visas are regulated in terms of Section 19, Regulation 18 and
items 18 (1), 19(2), 20, 21 and 22, of Schedule A.
A business visa may be issued by the Department of Home Affairs to a
foreigner intending to establish or invest in a business in South
Africa in which he or she may be employed, and to members of such
foreigners’ immediate family providing that certain requirements have
been met. SA
