International was created out of the need for a
specialist organization to assist people wishing to immigrate,
volunteer, work, bring family, study or open businesses in South
Africa.
• A new survey by HSBC shows that 62% of expats believe
their quality of life has improved since moving to South Africa.
Some 62% of expats who moved to South Africa saw an improvement in
their quality of life compared to their home countries, according
to a new survey by the international banking group HSBC.
More than 18,000 expats across the world were interviewed for the
survey.
We now live in a global economy, where countries often source skills
and workforces from all over the world to fill gaps in the economy
that may be lacking locally.
FRUSTRATED Namibians waiting for passports will have to wait longer as
the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration has run out of blank
green passports.
A Shahpur resident living in South Africa was deported to India after
officials at the Johannesburg airport found that that his visa was
fake. He is currently in custody of Airport police.
China`s top diplomat in South Africa, Ambassador Lin Songtian, said
Pretoria`s existing visa and permit laws for non-citizens do not
support the country`s ambitious drive to double tourist arrivals.
