On behalf of the SA Migration staff, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you as a new customer. Your sales consultant is %Sales%. These two will be your point of contact with the company. Please feel free to contact them at any time with your queries.

At SAMI we pride ourselves on offering our customers responsive, competent and excellent service.
We would like to hold your hand throughout your visa application process and we need you to help us to help you!! To ensure a smooth service and your complete satisfaction, please adhere to the following process:

1. Documentation
Please make sure your sales consultant has clear copies of all your documents as per the visa checklist within the first 3 days of signing up. You can either bring your documents to the office, email them or Whatsapp clear copies to your sales consultant.

2. Visa fees
Please make sure all the fees payable as explained by your sales consultant are paid and you are issued with a receipt. Please note: no application can be submitted before you have paid the VFS and DHA fees.

3. VFS Appointment date
Your admin consultant will notify you of the date that your application will be submitted based on the availability of appointments on the VFS system. On that day you need to avail yourself to go to your nearest VFS office for the application submission. Bring your original passport and ALL your original documents as well as your credit/debit card to make a payment of R175 where applicable at VFS for a South African police clearance.

Can I go to VFS before my allocated appointment date?
In an emergency situation when your visa is expiring and you run the risk of being illegal in the country, yes we will make arrangements to take you to VFS on the day the visa expires. If you wish to go to VFS earlier than the appointment date but there is no emergency, you can opt for VIP Premium lounge. This service is pre-booked so you need to notify us in advance and you will need to bring your credit/debit card for a payment of R500 extra payable at VFS for the premium service.

If you are in Cape Town, we will accompany you to the VFS office at number 2 Long Street. It is prudent to have your own transport as we may not be able to make transport arrangements for all clients. Please be at our office 60 minutes before the appointment time.
NOTE: We will not wait for a late client and delay other clients who will have been early or on time . If you are outside Cape Town, let us know which VFS office you would like to submit your application. We will send you a prepared application pack and a set of instructions to submit at your nearest VFS office.

4. Application tracking and collection of result
You will get a SMS notifications informing you of your application progress. You can also call the office and speak to your admin consultant anytime for them to track the application online. When the result in out you need to take your original passport and VFS Receipt to collect at the VFS office that you submitted the application. If you want us to collect the outcome for you, bring us the original passport and original VFS receipt and make sure to sign a VFS Power of attorney document authorising us to collect the result for you before leaving our offices.
